DHA is seeking a Service Desk Technician in support of a mission critical environment in Vienna Virginia.   This position requires an active Top Secret Clearance. Candidates will be required to obtain an FBI SCI which will require sitting for a CI polygraph.     Qualified candidate will be responsible for: - Creating tickets with basic user information and forward to the Tier 1 Service desk queue for further evaluation. - Answering initial calls for all user issues at the TSC including IT, Security and Facilities issues in the building. - Monitoring ticketing queue and work on assigned tickets. - Resolving all issues based on priority for unclassified and classified networks. - Communicating effectively with users and update tickets with all relevant information. - Escalating issues to leadership as needed including after hours and weekend sending emails and calling on call support. - Supporting on-site shift operations 24/7/365. - Maintaining access to email accounts, mailboxes, distribution groups, personal storage tables (PSTs) and calendars. - Assisting with hardware decommissioning. - Connecting printers to applicable network. - Serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, computer systems, printer issues and multiple unclassified and classified networks. - For issues related to FBI-specific networks, create tickets with basic user information and forward to the EOC Tier 1 Service desk queue for further evaluation. - Creating, unlocking, and disabling Active Directory accounts. DHA Group, is looking for a Jr. Accountant to support our headquarters office in Washington, DC. This position requires you to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.   Summary   You are part of the foundation upon which the company operates. Our corporate staff must operate smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Our operations staff must be able to rely upon the services provided by our corporate staff. They must focus their attention on clients and billable, deployed staff. You are a big part of allowing them to do that.   A lot is expected of you and a lot of support will be provided to you. You must be comfortable being stretched in many directions at any one time. You must be comfortable working with and supporting the highest levels of the company.   You must bring a college degree in Accounting or other area related to finance. You may substitute work experience in lieu of a formal degree, but you will need to be convincing. We would prefer you bring one year of experience “in the real world.” You must be able to obtain, and maintain a Top Secret security clearance to maintain your employment at DHA. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.   You must be willing and able to work full-time at DHA’s corporate headquarters which is located at 1299 Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Washington, DC. Working from home is not an option until you have established a good working relationship with DHA and demonstrated your commitment and abilities. You should anticipate this taking at least a year to accomplish.   Specific Performance Expectations   Accounts Payable You are responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable lifecycle at DHA. You must be able to manage multiple relationships with many partners and vendors. You must be organized. You must be able to receive and enter invoices and bills into our Deltek Accounting System, produce checks and enter Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) on a weekly basis. You must be able to meet our weekly schedule, and yet have the flexibility to take on adhoc requests in a real-time manner.   You must be detail-oriented and diligent. You verify the quality and correctness of each bill and invoice you enter into Deltek. You know how to record it to the correct account in our Chart of Accounts. You ensure each charge has been approved by the appropriate individual before paying it. You don’t get board or sloppy – even after you have done it 100 times.   You must operate and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with DHA’s commitment to being a good corporate citizen to our partners, subcontractors and vendors. This means acknowledging receipt of invoices and bills. This means addressing questions or concerns you may quickly and directly with the partner or vendor. You must respond to “when will I get my check” requests in a respectful manner.       Vendor Files You are responsible for maintaining the Vendor Files which are part of our corporate records. These vendor files must stand up to the scrutiny of DHA’s external auditors, GSA auditors and IG Auditors. The entries in our files must be clear, concise and fully document the expenditures of the company. You must ensure each and every transaction with each and every vendor can be found in these files.   Expense Reports You are responsible for receiving and reviewing expense reports from DHA’s employees. This will involve hunting down those individuals who have trouble getting you the reports in a timely manner. You must be comfortable chasing people as it is just part of the job. You cannot develop a poor attitude towards the people you must chase.   You must parse the expense reports and be able to understand which charges are billable and to which tasks, and which are not billable and need to be charged to the appropriate overhead accounts. You must ensure each expense report is reviewed and approved by the appropriate manager.   Credit Card Reconciliations You are responsible for reconciling the corporate American Express account. This account has many corporate credit cards within it and you will be responsible for distributing the individual bills and collecting the corresponding reconciliation reports. As with expense reports you will be hunting individuals on a monthly basis and you must be comfortable doing this as part of your job. You must ensure each reconciliation report is reviewed and approved by the appropriate manager. You must be able to enter each reconciliation report into our financial system and reconcile the monthly credit card statements.   Monthly and Year-End Close You will assist with monthly and year end closing statements and packages. This will include producing and analyzing Cash Availability Reports, Profit and Loss Statements, Variance Reports, Forecast Reports, Overhead Reports, Contract Backlog Reports. You must be able to understand why these reports are produced and what they are used for. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to learn and improve from month-to-month and year-to-year.   Tax Compliance Reports You will prepare and submit Federal, State, County and City Tax Reports throughout the year. The number of these reports is nearly 100 throughout the year due to the number of jurisdictions in which DHA operates. You must be able to ensure DHA proactively files these reports prior to the deadline in order to avoid penalties, fines and loss of operating licenses. You must also be able to respond to unscheduled notices as we receive them.   IRS Form 1099s You will prepare and distribute all of DHA’s IRS Form 1099 to our vendors, subcontractors and 1099 employees. You must be able to ensure this is completed each year by the IRS deadline.     Other Accounting Responsibilities You will be asked to support other aspects of our accounting and finance team from time-to-time. You will be asked to complete tasks which we cannot foresee or document completely in a job description.   DHA Group, Inc. is looking for an Senior Systems Engineer with an active Top Secret Clearance, to support a very dynamic customer in Clarksburg, WV.   POSITION REQUIREMENTS   The Candidate shall participate in categorization of requirements elicited by the Requirements Study contractor and shall evaluate proposed requirements for consistency of scope and compatibility with CJIS systems.   The Candidate shall possess technical knowledge and abilities in order to comprehend New NICS technical requirements and processes utilized to manage those requirements. Work with stakeholders and the Development Contractor to ensure understanding of the development requirements and evaluate solution satisfies requirements. In addition, the Contractor shall assist the ITMS SDAU to define, prioritize, and track operation and development requirements as well as coordinate authorized work with all stakeholders and report results.   The Candidate shall analyze New NICS system information requirements and design specifications using current state-of-the-art methodologies for the development of large-scale distributed management information systems and provide technical options to the New NICS on recommended requirements and design concepts.   The Candidate shall apply systems engineering principles and techniques to develop complex specifications and procedures that directly support the development effort and provide potential alternative approaches to the development of New NICS.   The Candidate shall provide technical insight, analyze, and comment on the New NICS Development engineering and technical activities to ensure performance of the overall IT development objectives are met throughout the various lifecycle stages of the development effort.   These activities include, but not limited to IT developed design; specifications; standards; development; integration; deployment; Operations and Maintenance (O&M) planning and support; and technical documentation.   The Candidate shall provide technical insight to the New NICS management on recommended software and hardware designs and on compatibility issues involving re-hosting or migration of databases.   The Candidate shall provide technical insight to the New NICS management on the validity of cost estimates for software and hardware development and associated life-cycle costs. Contractor personnel shall estimate (using recognized appropriate modeling tools) resource requirements to develop and implement New NICS modifications, updates, and capability enhancements.   The Candidate shall participate in program and design reviews conducted by the development contractor and FBI Technical Review Boards, to include technical review of supporting project documentation.   The Candidate shall organize and support meetings as required by the Government. This includes assisting the Government in scheduling, drafting presentation materials, and providing lead assistance as directed by the Government.   The Candidate shall review, assess, and provide comments in accordance with system/program requirements to ensure project objectives and goals will be optimally achieved. The Contractor shall be expected to review documentations from other entities as well as prepare documentation for review by the ITMS SDAU.   The Candidate shall support multiple technical activities, including but not limited to, New NICS code reviews, participate in sprint reviews as well as agile testing reviews.   Candidate product integrity activities shall include the review and evaluation of system design and the development of updates to system design, requirements, test, security, and O&M documentation approved through the CJIS Change Management process. System design review and evaluation activities are intended to ensure stated objectives are achieved.   The Candidate shall ensure that user requirements are being met and the New NICS “fits” into architectural goals especially: open standards, common data model, and a services orientation; and that security, interoperability, and survivability are built in.   The Candidate shall assist the New NICS by creating documentation required by the LCM and other applicable program guidance/direction.   The Candidate shall possess knowledge and skills to utilize various software tools to administratively track, monitor, extrapolate, analyze, and manage program/project information in support of its mission.   The Candidate shall assist the ITMS SDAU to identify needed efficiencies in its program management processes, make recommendations on process improvements, and determine whether recommended solutions could be implemented. If process improvement recommendations are approved by the ITMS SDAU, the Contractor shall assist with the implementation.   The Candidate shall facilitate and coordinate with internal/external government agencies at various levels of seniority and involvement upon direction and behalf of the ITMS SDAU.   The Candidate shall coordinate with responsible offices within the FBI in furtherance of the systems engineering activities of New NICS, as directed by the Task Lead.   The Candidate shall provide oversight and perform technical liaison services between the New NICS Development Contractor and the Government to ensure products and services are transitioned into operations in accordance with specifications. This includes products and services developed under New NICS development, integration of New NICS with the CJIS Division platforms, other IT development contracts, as well as those commercially available. DHA Group is looking for an Asset Inventory Analyst to support a dynamic project with our largest federal client in Chantilly, VA. Candidate must have active Top Secret Clearance and ability to obtain an SCI.     The Asset Analyst will be responsible for providing inventory and procurement support to the FBI’s Cyber Division. They will work with team members to manage up to 10,000 pieces of equipment at the FBI’s Mission Ridge facility in Chantilly VA. Asset Analysts are also responsible for receiving, processing and distributing packages, assets and mail items. Candidates must have prior asset management or logistics experience. The must show a willingness to provide high levels of customer service and have a ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude.   Responsibilities:   Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing both procurement and inventory related assistance which include a wide variety of activities in direct and general support of federal procurement actions.   - This team acts as property managers of the cyber unit’s equipment - Tracking, locating, in-processing, distribution and disposal of federal property - They enter new items into AMS, the FBI’s Asset Management System - They’re responsible for receiving and processing equipment - Assist with out-processing bureau members (collecting their assets) - Stand-up the centralized supply room - Prepare supply list – request quotes for purchase of office supplies - Handle unit mail responsibilities.
