    DHA Group, Inc. is hiring a Budget and Financial Analyst with an active Secret Clearance, to support a very dynamic customer in Columbus, Ohio.

     

    Qualified candidate will work closely with the Government senior executives and directors. Provides budgetary support, MIPR generation, and budgetary requirements tracking. Prepares financial and budgetary reports, presentations to include monthly ad hoc financial reports. Attends and participates in organizational budgetary meetings. Advises Government senior executives and directors of all budgetary anomalies such as shortfalls, expedited requirements and underutilized funding etc. Supports the development of monthly contract deliverables and reports.

     

    Position Requirements:

     

    • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
    • Ability to follow oral and written directions to complete the assigned duties.
    • Proficiency working in an MS Windows environment and in the use of standard computer software such as, but not limited to, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Five (5) years relevant experience providing budgetary support.
    • Experience with project management
    • Must possess IT-I with Secret US Access security clearance at time of submission
    • Provide budgetary support (including Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) generation, requirement tracking, internal reports, data consolidation, and participation on organizational meetings).
    • Collect, log, and review funding requirements to ensure requirements are accurate, timely, prepared in the proper format, and within the organizational budgetary allocation.
    • Advise senior management of all budgetary anomalies, to include budgetary shortfalls, expedited requirements, and underutilized funding.
    • Coordinate financial documentation to include MIPRs, credit card purchases, travel expenditures.
    • Prepare financial and budgetary reports/presentations to include monthly/ad hoc financial reports for fiscal year.
    • Refers to a variety of manuals, regulations, established DoD financial and budgetary policies, and software manuals. Uses facsimiles, local area network, and Internet communications techniques to obtain information and conduct routine research and coordination of activities
    • Utilizes a verity of software packets (e.g., MS Office Suite) to produce documents.
    • Establishes and maintain an efficient filing system.
    • Maintains project folders and documentation, as required

     

    Preferred Experience: Personnel must have demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point applications.  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Personnel must be experienced in financial, budgeting and cost support and have supported senior management officials at the Flag/General Officer/Senior Executive/GS-15 or O-6 level.  Prior experience with DLA is preferred.
