    DHA Group, Inc. is looking for a Sourcer to support our headquarters office in Washington, DC. This position requires the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance and to work at our headquarters office Monday- Friday.

     

    DHA Group, Inc. is an award winning technical provider for multiple components of DOJ, DOD, and DOC. As a Sourcer you will leverage recruiting tools such as Monster, LinkedIn, and iCIMS to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will foster these relationships and present these qualified candidates to the recruiting department manager that not only meet the job description but also match the security clearance requirements. You’ll be challenged individually and asked to identify qualified talent that others cannot, all while working as part of a team to meet department goals.

     

    Description:

    • Daily responsibilities- source resumes and match them with open job requirements
    • Weekly- submit qualified candidates to department manager for screening and interviewing
    • Monthly- Affectively build a pipeline and utilize it to fill upcoming requirements
    • Become an expert in full life-cycle technical sourcing
    • Utilize different sourcing techniques like creating Boolean search strings and also utilizing social platforms, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and networking sites
    • Source, Screen, Interview, and fill open requirements
    • Participate in sourcing for proposals and new work
    • Partner with recruiter and recruiting manager to understand positions, contracts, and requirements to successfully fill positions
    • Achieve recruiting metrics and goals 

    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of sourcing or recruiting experience
    • Strong interpersonal, and networking skills
    • Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement
    • Effective time management skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
