    DHA is looking for a Recruiter to support our headquarters office in Washington, DC. This position requires the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance and work out of our headquarters office Monday- Friday. 



    DHA Group, Inc. is an award-winning technical service provider for multiple components of DOJ, DOD, & DOC. You will become an expert in DHA’s past performances, current contracts, and benefits plans so that you are fully equipped to sell DHA’s opportunities. As a recruiter you will be asked to source, identify, and present qualified candidates to the recruiting department manager that not only meet the job description but also match the security clearance requirements.


    You must understand the proposal process and have experience reviewing RFQ’s and SOW’s


    You must be able to proactively match job descriptions with resumes


    You must be able to fill billable vacancies within 30- 45 calendar days of being authorized to proceed.


    You must also be able to close candidates within 5% of the target salary ranges that are established by the hiring manager. 


    With the ever-changing market, you must have the ability to go beyond the job boards of Monster and LinkedIn by building a pipeline of relationships. You’ll utilize these tools and work as a team to fill all open requirements. 



    • Match job descriptions with resumes accurately, proactively, and with time sensitivity
    • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated full life cycle government technical recruiting experience
    • Cross recruit for existing and future requirements
    • Proficient in e-recruiting applicant tracking systems (ex. iCIMS, Bullhorn, Taleo, JobVite, etc…)
    • Build an ongoing pipeline of candidates to be utilized for networking and future placements
    • Utilize current employees to build a referral repository
    • Determine and negotiate job offers, preparing and extending new hire offers, and onboarding packets
    • Great oral and written communication skills
    • Operate as an effective team player and team contributor
    • Be flexible and adaptable
    • Thrive in a fast- paced, multi- tasking environment
    • Proficient with MS Office programs including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • 4- Year bachelor’s degree



    • Experience recruiting in the DOJ/ TS Cleared IT market
    • Experience using iCIMS applicant tracking system (or similar)
    • Experience building and utilizing a pipeline for maintaining relationships
