DHA Group, Inc. is looking for a Release Manager to support a dynamic customer in Washington DC. This position requires an active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI.
The Release Manager will provide release management, team leadership, testing and customer support to a financial reporting project. The PM will work with their Data Warehouse counterpart to ensure that the front end reports generated by the O&M team are accurate and function according to requirements. They will collaborate with both the reporting O&M team and the Engineering team to ensure that data is effectively reported from the Data Warehouse.
Key responsibilities include:
The Release Manager will work with the Business Intelligence task Program Manager and will be responsible for attending and leading O&M team meetings, release meetings, customer requirements sessions. The Project Manager must have experience writing status reports and providing updates in a professional meeting setting.
The PM will have the authority to manage DHA resources. The PM will be expected to make decisions for DHA in response to Government assignments and tasks. The PM must have proven experience with process improvement, best practice implementation, and handling personnel issues and customer concerns. The PM shall be readily available to respond to Government tasks, as well as proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues. The PM will report to a DHA Director of Client Operations who will assist the PM with staffing, budget, invoicing, executive briefs and any other subjects needing escalation. Experience with WebFocus and or knowledge of federal accoutning processes would be highly beneficial.
