DHA Group, Inc. is looking for a Mid- IT Specialist (Tier 2 Support) with an active Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility, to support a very dynamic customer in the Washington, DC area.
Candidate Summary: Performs routine duties and related problem solving and troubleshooting under limited guidance, using own judgment and initiative. Errors may cause delay or expense. Competent to work on straightforward technical assignments. Contributes to complex problem solving with close supervision and guidance. May work on special projects under deadlines. This is a high visibility environment interfacing with Senior Government Officials on a daily basis.
Typical duties include: on-site maintaining and administering microcomputer and desktop systems and associated peripherals, telecommunications products, business application software, and various operating systems.
