    DHA Group, Inc. is looking for a Senior IT Technologist with an active Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility, to support a very dynamic customer in DC Metro Area.


    Qualified Candidate Summary:

    Performs advanced Tier 2+ administrator duties including responding to customer IT requests, issues and application/systems access requirements. The Technologist will troubleshoot not only Tier 2 desktop, printer, scanner, and other office IT, they will help administer Exchange, E-mail, Unified Communications (Skype, VTC, and Secure Phones) along with Office 365, virtual desktops, compressive appliances and IT infrastructure. The Technologist should have familiarity of both physical and logical technology and practical experience deploying and maintaining solutions.



    • Expertise in managing and deploying desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, storage devices, e-mail services, servers, encryption devices, applications and unified communication services.
    • Expertise in managing Active Directory user and administrator accounts, domains, servers, and modifying advanced permission and security groups.
    • Expertise in diagnosing, testing, and repairing hardware.
    • As a customer advocate, support or lead infrastructure team in development of advanced solutions.
    • Assist with imaging hard drives of rack devices.
    • Conduct IT audits in compliance with policies governing the administration and utilization of IT.
    • Identify and document areas for process improvements.
    • Assist with advanced training, checklist development, Knowledge Base (KB), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Effectively communicate with users by phone, unified communication, or remote login.
    • Ability to provide information, guidance, and instruction on use or repair of deployed IT.
    • Analyze and assess customers’ service request and provide prompt technical solutions.
    • Utilize trouble-ticketing software for opening/closing tickets in a timely and appropriate manner.
    • Prepare progress/status reports team leads.
    • Prepare equipment for reuse or surplus of property actions.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.



    • Bachelor’s degree in discipline or equivalent experience desired.
    • 5 years of professional Tier 2+ Service Desk or infrastructure deployment experience desired.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with operating systems, business applications, and hardware platforms.
    • Advanced industry certifications desired.
