    DHA is looking for a Mobile Communications Technician to support a dynamic customer in Washington DC. This position requires an active Top Secret Clearance.

     

    Mobile Communications Technician

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate alternative mobile solution architecture components and provide recommendations
    • Gathers user requirements using multiple methodologies to formulate system requirements documents, systems security requirements documents, and system test plans
    • Perform user hardware and configuration testing, to include workstations, tablets, and mobile devices
    • Review test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements; participate in the testing process to validate requirements
    • Participate in and deliver updates on system requirements specifications for tablets and mobile devices

     

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years experience supporting customers in a professional setting
    • Strong written and oral communications skills
    • Strong documentation skills with experience supporting the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to travel up to 50% for mobile device support
    • Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
